CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Customer service is important. By automating schedule requests and billing tasks, I can focus on client treatment planning and execution.
In efforts to improve scheduling I now have linked email and SMS text messaging. This will allow all web requests to be addressed at the earliest convience.
Also to improve scheduling, standard appointment confirmation calls will be made between 12-1pm, and 6-7pm.
To improve billing I now accept credit, debit, and checking debit. Monthly statements will now be emailed to all clients who sign up for the service.
